How would modeling benefit me?

My mom wants me to be a model. I am 14 years old. I am 5'4 and 105 lbs. I do not know if I want to be a model. How would modeling benefit me? Do you get paid? Please answer my questions and provide details! THANKS SO MUCH!:)How would modeling benefit me?
Don't do it if you don't want too! I personally think all models actors and such shoud wait until they are 18 to decide thats what I did I am just now pursueing acting and I am 17, 18 in 2 months!How would modeling benefit me?
Those things always end bad, you'll end up looking like a broken porcelin doll, baaaaaaad idea.
watch americas next top model. Thats where I am getting my answers.

You will not be a good model if you don't like it. You might be a natural but if you don't have any fire you won't be amazing. I don't think you are tall enough, sorry. 5'7'; is considered short in the modeling world. You get paid A LOT. But if you don't want to be a model then don't do it. Be what you want to be not what your mom wants you to be. Also, think about this. The most famous models aren't that pretty. They are weird looking. But that is why they are successful. Their awkwardness works. If you are just plain pretty then you won't go far. You will be stressed and pressured to be skinny. Models make it through because they have a lot of passion for it. Hey you might end up liking it though.

if u dont want to than u dont u have to want to b a model to become one and chances of being one are like 1 in a million.
your a bit short (usually runway minimum height is 5'7)

but just do it you want to, not cuz what your mom says.

if you do really important shoots etc. you can paid tons, but if you take it really seriously and make it tour career it can really take a lot of energy out of you (3-5 hours of sleep )

but overall, its YOUR choice
It wouldn't. You will constantly be pressured. Have you thought about school? What about when you get too old for modelling (around 25) or if nobody hires you? You won't have a high school or college diploma, and be stuck flipping burgers at McDonalds. Modelling can be tempting because it seems luxurious and glamourous, but it's not. Just be a normal teenager. Focus on school and have fun with your friends.
If you are already 14 and only 5'4'; you won't be able to be signed by a major agency. Even for commercial modeling you need to be at least 5'7';
yes you would get paid. it's fun and might boost your self esteem. however, please don't get into that industry. it will most likely DESTROY yourself esteem if you aren't ';perfect'; because people are so openly critical of you. however, i guess you won't need to worry about that because you have to be at least 5'8'; to model. and even that is short... you won't book much unless you are 5'9'; or taller and no runway for you unless you are 5'10';
You'd be famous global and yes you get paid but depending what you do.But I think your if you were 5'5 some agencies would like you more.Because height and weight is a big thing in modeling. :) good Luck!
depends in some cases they do get paid good money. i personally think its stressing but many people enjoy. you should try it this could be a great thing for you and you might end up enjoying it.
