well not sure as had the normal one and it made me look like a panda but go for mac powerpoint as its cheaper and i find it definitely doesn't smudge as its waterproof and really easy to put on.Does benefit bad girl waterproof eyeliner actually work?
No not at all. For me, no waterproof make-up seems to work...
