Do I have to wait until I have wrinkles to benefit from anti-wrinkle cream?

I'm in my 20s, and don't have to worry about wrinkles on my face just yet. But I was wondering, will using an *anti*-wrinkle cream now help me avoid wrinkles later, or do I have to specifically use a wrinkle-*preventing* cream? And if so, what should I look for? Thanks.Do I have to wait until I have wrinkles to benefit from anti-wrinkle cream?
Yes...definitely start using it now. I wish I would have thought of that when I was in my 20's. It will help prevent you from getting wrinkles so soon. Even a moisterizer will help prevent wrinkles.Do I have to wait until I have wrinkles to benefit from anti-wrinkle cream?
Yes, if it is anti-wrinkle cream the key words are anti meaning it is a preventer to prevent you from getting wrinkles, so I don't see what it could hurt if you were to start useing some

    Hello:

Benefit makeup users what would you recommend?

I need a good foundation i was thinking of getting somekinda gorgeous,

also if there are any good kits or eyeshadows or balms please suggest them to me.

I have a very fair color if it makes any diffrence.

Thank you alot :)Benefit makeup users what would you recommend?
    Hey!

    I work for benefit..

Some kinda gorgeous is definatly one of our best sellers gives a really nice finish to the skin, but looks really natural and as it adapts to ur own skin tone you dont have to worry about changing the colour when it gets to summer/winter. You may need an extra concealer/ powder over the top if u prefer a full coverage look or like to have a matte look as some kinda gorgeous gives a slightly dewy effect which can be quite nice.

    Would definatly recommend...

High beam %26amp; moon beam. They are face highlighters both really lovely. High beams the most popular out of the two..You can do alot with them use them underneath make up, over the top or mix them with ur foundation or moisturizer to give an all over glow.

Boi-ing concealer, gives a really good coverage really good for underneath the eyes and blemishes.

Browzings which is a brow palette comes with a wax and powder, set of brushes and tweezers. Really good for defining the brows and adding more colour. Another good alternative would be the instant eyebrow pencil.

Big beautiful eyes which is an eyeshadow palette, comes with a brush set, concealer, 3 eye shadows and step by step guide on how to use it. Really lovely colour for the day but because of the dark brown shadow could also take it to a night look aswell.

Smokin' eyes set, comes with 2 eye shadows, highlighter, eyeliner, eyebright, brow wax, set of brushes, tweezers, and step by step guide. Really easy and quick way of creating a smokey eye look.

The other best sellers would be, Bad gal lash, Hoola, as well as the other box powders, Dr Feelgood,That gal face primer, You rebel tinited moisturizer.

    Hope this helps :)

try going onto Avon.com they have loads of good stuff, in loads of different shades for any colour. i use a liquid foundation, it works wonders compared to powdered ones. Also, rimmel london and barrym do good eyeshadows, BarryM have loads of exuberant colours, and rimmel has mopst of the common ones...
    some kinda gorgeous

    badgal lash

    dandelion

    those are my faves :)
I sometimes just end up beginning low end and sampling a few different ones. Do what seems right and Im sure your gut will be best.
i love all of their foundatioons and concealers!! and they have the best purple eyeshadow powder ever!!!

Have you used Benefit high beam or eye bright?

Do they have same high light effect ? Can we use either one for eyes and over the cheek bone instead buying two products?Have you used Benefit high beam or eye bright?
I have tried BeneFit's High Beam, and it can be used both around the eyes and on your cheekbones as like a highlighter. It gives you that dewy look. I tend to just mix it with my moisturizer because I find it a bit too shimmery to wear it on its own during the day. Most of BeneFit's products can be used for multi-purpose reasons, and that's why I love BeneFit!

I will be going out tomorrow anyways, so feel free to suggest any Benefit cosmetics to me. %26lt;3Which Benefit mascara should I purchase tomorrow?
I've been using Bad Gal Lash, it's good, but not like o m g amazing. it lengthens and definitely volumizes. It's also natural looking and not clumpy at all and your eye lashes are soft and not hard.Which Benefit mascara should I purchase tomorrow?

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative to Benefit's 'Moon Beam' cosmetic highlighter?

No7 Instant radiance beauty lotion is pretty good. I have tried this and benefits moon beam. Get your advantage points... Oh yeah! Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative to Benefit's 'Moon Beam' cosmetic highlighter?
Try out Revlon's Bare It All Lustrous Lotion:

http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/Pro鈥?/a>Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative to Benefit's 'Moon Beam' cosmetic highlighter?
Im sure Barbara Daly does something like this. You can get her makeup in tesco. No.7 also do some kind of illuminating fluid.
Revlon's one is totally brilliant, it's called Bare It All or they another really good one called Highlights. The best one I have tried.

Also, PerUna (M%26amp;S) make-up used to do a really good oen but I don't know if they still do.
    revlon do a nice one
you often find that you use a cheaper brand isnt cheaper in the long run, as your never like the product as much as the one you really like, And also cheaper brands often dont have the staying power or you can be over highlighted, which isnt a good look. And if your using the correct amount of moon beam it should last at least 3 - 4 months
Try a shimmery bronzer or get some jergens lotion with shimmer in it.

  • Moon beam- benefit makeup, how can i use it so my face doesn't look shiny?

I bought this a few weeks ago and every time i put it on, it just seems too shiny for my face. And when i mix it with moisturiser (which is 'simple' light moisturiser) it makes no difference :S

any ideas??Moon beam- benefit makeup, how can i use it so my face doesn't look shiny?
I would suggest setting it with a light powder. Any kind of blot powder would do fine. It adds no color and is very light so all it does is eliminate shine.

I like the MAC pressed blot powder or the MAC blot film.Moon beam- benefit makeup, how can i use it so my face doesn't look shiny?
I would only use it on the high planes of the face-the temples, the top of the cheekbone, right under the brow, the cupid's bow-and then use a powder brush to brush it in. Then use an invisible setting powder to take away excess shine, and voila.
some people like to mix it with a liquid foundation for a glow, but i don't apply it all over my face, just a small amount dabbed onto the cheekbones, brow bones and maybe the eye area to define the face...less is more!
Go to your local beauty parlour and ask their advice, in the meantime stop using this product and then you won't get a shiny face will you?

Is benefit some kind-a cgorgeous foundation faker ok to use on ACNE PRONE skin?

i get pimples so easily even when i used bare minerals so do you think its alright for me to use the benefit some kinda gorgeous? Is benefit some kind-a cgorgeous foundation faker ok to use on ACNE PRONE skin?
I have acne prone skin and didn't like this product. Even though it's oil free I found that it make my skin look extra oily after an hour or so plus it oxidized and turn orange on me. It also didn't provide enough coverage for me. I only used it a few times and I am not sure if it gave me pimples or not but if Bare Minerals caused acne for you - this might too. I believe it contains silicons which can clog pores for some people and cause break outs.

Benefit high beam/too faced liquid light - are highlighters worth it?

Y'know, the kinda product you can put on your cheeks/brows/collarbone area to give you a bit of shimmer. Do you use any product like that and does it make a noticeable different to your appearence? What do you recommend?Benefit high beam/too faced liquid light - are highlighters worth it?
Nars Coco cabana is an awesome highlighter. you can get a dewy look during the day and seems mistake proof in my experience. You can use it anywhere on your face, tear ducts, cheeks, chin, collar bone, neck etc. It's easier to blend than the benefit oneBenefit high beam/too faced liquid light - are highlighters worth it?
I use high beam, you have to be careful though cos too much is over the top shine, a little goes a long way and if you blend properely it looks good.
I own the Benefit High Beam, and I love it. I do only use it when it is appropriate; going out, glamming up an outfit, etc. I usually put it on my cheekbones, corners of my eyes. For a subtle effect I put it on under my powder, or to make it more noticeable, over it. It is a perfect color for tan skin, and the shimmer is too cute. If you are looking for something for everyday use, you could use this product, but mix a small amount with your moisturizer before applying make-up!
    mac mineralized skinfinish
Do not try to use these kind of products if you are oily. All I can tell you is that if you like Shimmer, they look good but Benefit and Too-Faced are too expensive. Try Everyday Minerals at everydayminerals.com. They have a lot of shimmery products that last and they do not cost as much!
I use Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick as a highlighter.

They come in various colours, I have the Bronze and Rose bricks.

I love them, and converted a lot of my friends to it. I personally think it makes a difference to your makeup ..... in a good way!
go with too faced- it works well and is not tested on animals
I really do like the Benefit Hi beams, I just find it so expensive but I guess you need to pay the price for quality.

I have a Dior Highlighter which is really good for cheeks and under brows, it has lasted me ages as well as you only need to use a tiny bit.
all benefit make up is fantastic i wont use anything else....use Benefit 10 - a bronzer and highlighter in one

How good are moisturisers from Benefit Cosmetics?

I used a Benefit moisteriser and my skin really dried out. I would suggest sticking to your current brand. I use Boots No.7 or Perscriptives. Benefit is better for its eye make up and lipstick rather then skin products. How good are moisturisers from Benefit Cosmetics?
I think it depends on you type of skin. if you have dry skin i would go for something more nourishing like their ';dear john'; or a different brand. If not and you have normal or combo skin go with the ';do it daily'; i personnally have never tried them, but i thought of trying their do it daily cream but im still doubtful even though i love their cosmetics!

of course! don't think of mineral foundation as any different than you're regular foundation, in that it can't be used together with other makeup. the only difference with mineral makeup is the ingredients really. know that you can mix and match everthing!Would benefit high beam work with mineral foundation?
Of course ... mineral makeup is just a powder foundation. In fact, a lot of powders contain all the same things as mineral makeup. I use Smashbox primer under mineral makeup everyday to make it last longer. High beam would be a-ok.

I own a lot of Benefit.

-brow zings - most favorite thing ever - one makeup product I cannot go without

-eye con - supposed to work on dark circles under your eyes, I really don't have dark circles under my eyes, but I like it because it keeps under my eyes moisturized

-gilded - this gold pencil looks great alone under your eyebrows or you can wear it as a shadow or you can mix it with the high brow pencil...so many options

-high brow - i like wearing this when my eyebrows are freshly done, it gives them a super arch, which i like

-dr. feelgood - i don't wear foundation, but i put this on my bare skin and it cuts down on the shine and oil as the day progresses

moon beam and posie tint - mix them together and wear it on your cheeks, your cheeks look rosie, you can always wear them alone

I can go on and on. :-] I used to wear the you rebel tinted moisturizer, but I just don't want to wear any foundation/cream/etc on my face. • What on Earth do I wear to a benefit with a ';vintage Hollywood'; theme?

I will be attending a benefit for parrots in November and I haven't the slightest idea what to wear... nor what my date should wear. Where do I even begin to shop!?!What on Earth do I wear to a benefit with a ';vintage Hollywood'; theme?
Hello- depends on your body type if you are confident and like your figure you will love a satin ';harlow'; style bias cut dress, nothing says golden era of hollywood ike a classic satin bias cut dress low neckline and low cut back. If you want to be more covered up you might try more of a Kate hepburn look , high waisted pants and a fitted evening jacket of silk with a sash . OR you could do a gold lame gown .

Rent the movie LA confidenial - this will giv eyou some great ideas for mens and womens clothing. A tweed jacket or a flecked sportscoat would look nice, A white tuxedo would be good too... but look fr a baggier style than is worn today.

If you want to try ebay, do a search in the mens vintage category for something called a ';hollywood jacket'; its a casual gabardine jacket that was typically worn by producers/directors in the 40's and 50's they really look slick in person. there are also Hollywood dropped waist pants . Oh and some two tone shoes would really set off the look. I sell vintage clothing too - so if you would like to take a look feel freeWhat on Earth do I wear to a benefit with a ';vintage Hollywood'; theme?
Try looking up vintage clothing stores in your local yellow pages first. If that doesn't work, go to http/www.tias.com/stores/midnightsparkle this should give you a great example of what you are looking for.

    Have a great time!
maybe some vintage dress with long sleeves and lots of laces? but sounds pretty tough. ask someone who already went to that kind of event maybe they'll have an idea.
You could dress like Marilyn Monroe. I'm sure you could find the clothes for that at any costume shop. Or you could go as Audrey Hepburn and wear something very clean cut and dressy. You can find something like that at a department store I think.
Hi there! I would suggest going to an antique store in your area and looking at dresses and tuxs there. Start early though especially since it is right around the corner. You will probably need to get them sized since people in that era were smaller than we are today. Look for dresses with lace in them (try not to get to lacey though because you won't have to worry about them getting caught on things all night long) silk would be good as well. Hats would be fun with feathers, and gloves would work as well. Ask the antique store owner for more details as to what people would've worn, they may have ideas on jewlery and shoes as well. What a neat idea. =) Have fun with it. Antique stores are usually pretty good prices when it comes to clothing, and remember, you can sometimes talk them down on pricing too, remember to look for yellow stains and stuff as well for age spots which can probably determine price lowering. =)
I'd get something long, and satin... I'd check out the local vintage clothing shops... Maybe a fur stole?

Think Marlena Dietrich, Veronica Lake or Grace Kelly
Vintage stores would be best, but decide on the style you want. Just look for photos of some old movie stars. There is a broad variety of styles - from Marilyn Monroe to Audrey Hepburn to Marlene Dietrich. As far as for your date, men can never go wrong in a tuxedo.
Dress like Marilyn, or Bette, Or Eva. Something a starlet would have worn in the 50's.

The foundation isnt that great and it can sometimes make your skin/nose area look shiny. The blushes are good though, but i dont reccomend using the blusher brushers. Also i bought the 'Talk to the tan' recently too and it made my face look dirty and greasy which was a disapointment seeing as it cost me around 拢20 .. but i think all of the benefit products are over-priced. Hope this helped. :)
I'm a big fan of Benefit products.

    I would recommend the following:

    - Boi-ing. Best concealer ever, it's incredible.

    - Erase Paste. Another concealer but this one is perfect for hiding dark circles.

    - High Beam

    - High Brow. Some might consider this a waste of money but I consider it a staple.

    - FY Eye. An excellent primer that really neutralizes your eyelid.

    - all of their boxed powders

    - Get Even Pressed Powder

    - Brow Zings

    - Posie Tint

I don't think that there's anything that I would suggest you absolutely stay away from. I think some things are overpriced, like their lipglosses, eyeshadows, and lipsticks, but if there's a colour you love then you should have it and not worry about the price so much.
the she-lac is amazing!! i used it at my wedding in jamaica to keep my makeup from running and as a test, i put a full face on and then the she-lac and went on a full day excursion of climbing a waterfall and snorkling and swimming and still had makeup on at the end of the day!!!!

and i LOVE the lip-plump its a plumper and a toner in one.

the hollywood glow is a must have for a highlighter and overall soft glow. it's expensive but at my store if you purchase $60 you get a free eyebrow shaping.
I reallyy like benefit! they recently opened up a boutique in my town over the summer, and I've gone there soo many times since then. I do agree that many of their products are pricey, probably even over expensive, but most of it is high quality, so that's good.

I have most of their Box-O-Powders, which i absolutely love! They come in cute little boxes, and they're blush or bronzer, etc. Currently, my three favorites would be Hoola (bronzer), Coralista (blush), and Georgia (peachy blush). I would definitely recommend any of the B.O.P, you just have to find the right one...or all of them hahaha. All of them are amazing!

I also have Boi-ing, one of their concealers, which is great! I originally went there to get Erase Paste, another concealer, but the woman advised that I purchase Boi-ing instead, since it matched my skin tone better. And she didn't just tell me that to spend more money, because Boi-ing was alot cheaper anyway, which was awesome!

I have benetint, posietint, and the benetint lip balm thing. And out of all of those, i prefer the lip balm the bestt. Benetint and Posietint are cute, and they work for both my lips and cheeks, but I like how the lip balm serves two purposes for my lips, moisturizer and tinter.

Of all their products that I own, my least favorite would be You Rebel or Some Kind of Gorgeous. I LOVE the idea of both of them, and even though they aren't my favorite, they're useful. The only problem i have with them, is that they can make your face look oily and shiny. So I have to put alot of powder over it, which can rub off my skin easily. You Rebel is the tinted moisturizer and Some Kind of Gorgeous is the foundation faker.

    Overall, i lovee benefit cosmetics!
I LOVE BENIFIT! they have awsome mascara and try the dr feel good its awesome!!

thanks xDo you have to be a professional MUA to work with benefit cosmetics?
    Nope, just apply.

Has anyone used Benefit Lip Plump or She Lac?

From what I understand, the Lip Plump is the equivalent of foundation for lips in that it minimizes the lines but also serves to enhance the color and shape of your lips.

The Sephora website claimes that SheLac acts as a sealant for eye makeup and lipstick to make them long wearing.

Do they work? Are their cheaper equivalents?Has anyone used Benefit Lip Plump or She Lac?
I've used both. The Lip Plump really helps to smoothe the lips, and will keep your color on for much longer. The first poster is incorrect; Benefit still manufactures the Lip Plump. I actually bought more last week. The She Laq is a fabulous sealant. I use it all over my shadow and liner for work (I wear a lot of eye make up to work as an artist), and it keeps everything on and leaves a slight shine that I feel accents my shadows. I love them both!Has anyone used Benefit Lip Plump or She Lac?
I have used She Laq lots of times on set ... it has alcohol in it, so I don't love it near the eyes. I prefer Make Up For Ever Eye Seal - it is amazing with no alcohol.
I used to have the pout lip plump! ahh heaven! it was soo nice! But they dont do pout anymore tho! =( u can get it on a makeup site tho!

Some of their stuff, I think I get suckered in by the cute packaging but the actual product is not all that great. I've never found anything of theirs that I hated or anything, just thought it was maybe more $$ than it was worth. But, when they get it right they REALLY get it right! I LOVE the Bad Gal liner and mascara, High Brow pencil, Moon Beam highlighter, angled brush..Benefit!!!!?
love their concealer Boing! been using it for years

  • Does anybody know anything that could benefit me in this situation?

ok here's the situation, i have a bunch of little hairs inbetween my eyebrows, they're not big but they're bothering me, ive plucked em but it makes em grow in more, does anybody know a way to permenantley remove those? i would really appreciate the help.....Does anybody know anything that could benefit me in this situation?
Wax em'. thts all i can say. Wax will take those hairs away for 5-7 weeks. You can go get it done or do it yourself. People say it hurt sbut it really doesn't. and it only costs about 10-15 dollars.

Hope this helped =)Does anybody know anything that could benefit me in this situation?
its sounds more painful then it is. it doesn't hurt that bad, but you can wax that area you can but a kit and do it urself or you can go to a nail salon, most offer waxing done there. it lasts for about a month, give or take.

What do you think of Benefit cosmetics?

I just purchased their blush and really like it. I am thinking of trying their lipstick too. What do you think of Benefit cosmetics?
    Hi,

They're quite expensive but good products. The Bad Gal lash mascara doesn't do anything for me though - I found that it flaked and went clumpy. Perhaps I just had a bad one. I prefer Urban Decay either way.

~Mystic. What do you think of Benefit cosmetics?
i've got their bag gal lash mascara because it came free with a magazine recently, i love it! its the best mascara i've ever used but it's a little expensive

    xx
There products are very small and very expensive for no damn reason.
I really like their products!! They tend to be pricey, but the product is worth it!!

What is the benefit to using water proof mascara? Is it better then regular mascara?

makes your eyelashes fall out when you wear it and then go to take it off...

i wear water proof only on rainy days or when i go swimming..What is the benefit to using water proof mascara? Is it better then regular mascara?
yesWhat is the benefit to using water proof mascara? Is it better then regular mascara?
woman who date married men wear water proof mascara
buy a water resistant mascara versus a water proof mascara. It is better then regular mascara but it is not as difficult to take off. No racoon eyes so good for an everyday mascara.
The benefit is it doesn't run when you are in the rain, swimming or crying, disadvantages though it's harder to get off. If you're in a country where you don't see much rain and you're not very emotional and don't cry then normal would be better as it's easier to take off.
it doesnt give you raccoon eyes if your eyes get teary...
I wear regular most of the time but I buy waterproof in the summer for when I ride my motorbike, that way when I get to where I'm going I don't look like a raccoon! LOL No matter which mascara I use though, I use the Rimmel eye make-up remover. It works great!
not necessarily better, but when you go swimming your eyes stay pretty.... its really hard to get off though
    It stays on better
    depends what brand,

if you buy any cheap mascara it will probably be made with tar and ether,

if your going to a wedding/funeral/beach/ anywhere you may get wet or cry, use the waterproof, but get the right brand,

    i recommend mary kay !

    its awesome !
it doesn't smudge if it gets wet

if you cry it won't run

you can wear it in the pool/to the beach/to a water or amusement park
IF your cry alot or alway stays wet if not get a normal mascara it's very hard to remove waterpoof mascara.
    Really no different..

Planing to cry or swim... WATERPROOF!

Not doing any thing important.. REGULAR!

Waterproof is harder to take off with make up wipes, though
If you get wet, it doesnt make you look like a crying emo..lol.
Well, if you aren't a crybaby and it doesn't rain where you live, you don't have to worry about it. It's only better if you're going to get wet.
Water proof mascara is good when going swimming and regular mascara you can you everyday. Honestly I referrer regular.
I love water proof mascara.. I find it's much better. Really it depends on the person. It's great if you ever get watery eyes because it won't run like regular mascara. It is harder to remove but all and all it saves those embarrassing moments when your mascara runs.
its only good if youre crying alot or swimming..but you shouldnt really be makeup if your swimming ...besides that i hate it so hard to get off and clumpy
I prefer not to use waterproof mascara unless I know I will be swimming, possibly crying-like at my wedding etc. It is harder to get off and I found that it made my eyelashes more brittle or made them fall out easier as opposed to regular.

What make up is better Mac or Bare Minerals, Benefit some kind-a gorgeous?

Well my skin in the winter is dry and oily, and in the summer it gets really oily. I do break out but I am on medication so I'm doing good right now, but I still don't want something that is going to clog up my pores. I also have some scars and I want to have a nice smooth complexion, and minimize the appearance of my pores, with out having to use liquid foundationWhat make up is better Mac or Bare Minerals, Benefit some kind-a gorgeous?
Mac is the best! What make up is better Mac or Bare Minerals, Benefit some kind-a gorgeous?
well i've personally had good experience with MAC

especially if you tend to have dry skin

go in there and have one of the makeup artists

try out some foundations on your skin

so you can see which looks and feels best

just make sure you cleanse your face twice a day and it shouldn't clog up your pores or anything

    good luck :)
Mac has better eye makeup, but Bare Minerals has better foundation.
no don't use liquid foundation. it leaves a line from were ur real skin color is. also do not use bare minerals i use it but i am lucky enough to not have dry skin but when i did it really showed
bare minerals is okay but i beleive mac is good the ladys at the sjhops will happily let you try it on profesionaly and help you with tips and not just foundation i find if i tell them my problem they have a solution and will find the just the right things!
I would suggest bare minerals in the summer; it absorbs excess oil, and is really light on your skin. And then I would suggest teh Benefit some kind of gorgeous at all the other times. It is such a good foundation, and it has great coverage as well. Before you put foundation on, make sure you conceal any scars or blemishes, than put on the foundation. A good concealer for those kind of skin isses is by Amazing Cosmetics. You can find it on sephora.com, it will cover ANYTHING. Celebs use it to cover tattoos and major imperfections before redcarpets. It's perfect for undereye circles too. Finish off with a loose powder and you are set!
Medications can make acne worse! and its not good for your colon (if you dont need medication, i suggest you dont take it) Ive been using Murad Acne Treatment almost 2 weeks..and it works great, my skin is almost completely clear %26amp; its very soft. You should try it! %26lt;3
i would say bare minerals. all my friends use it, they say it's perfect.

    cheaper online
I love Benefit make up too, the best bargains i've got is off ebay, they're all brand new :-)
dicountcosmeticsuk.co.uk has a limited range of discount items but do to the popularity of the benefit range its hard to get them at a cheap rate, eBay is your best bet but you have to be fast acting as the prices will shoot up in the last few minutes.
    amazon
    http://www.discountcosmeticsuk.com/index鈥?/a>
    try ebay
try e-bay or google for website
    never heard of that make.

but go on ebay. not everything on there is second hand
    Try ASOS (www.asos.com) or debenahms
Benefit is not that expensive. Just buy it at Sephora or the department store. You never know how old the products are that are being sold on ebay or other places. Make up has a shelf life, and if you buy it from the right place chances are that the product will work better. Don't go the cheap way when it comes to buying quality cosmetics.

Will the Boots/ Debenhams Benefit hampers be reduced after christmas?

In Boots and Debenhams, there are Benefit make up gift hampers available for purchase but they're about 拢400 at the moment. My friends reckon they'll be reduced after christmas but does anyone know to what sortof price? My birthday's in January and I'd love to buy myself a big one, but would like to know what sort of costs to expect. Will the Boots/ Debenhams Benefit hampers be reduced after christmas?
I think they'll be reduced by a fair amount, hold onto your money until the sales. Will the Boots/ Debenhams Benefit hampers be reduced after christmas?
Personally, I haven't seen these but guessing they are hampers that the girls on the counters have put together themselves for people to buy as they are not advertised on their site. When I worked on the counter, we used to put selection boxes/hampers together for people who didn't know what to buy their sister/mum/daughter/girlfriend.

I would imagine after Christmas, they would just dismantle them and return the goods to the shelve.

If they have any left, they do reduce the Holiday Gift Sets though which are advertised on their site. They are usually reduced to half price.

    Hope this helps!
    yeahh probably

after-christmas sales and all that! theyll be wanting to get rid of stock they didnt sell so will probably put it cheaper

maybe down to 拢250 or something like that? im not sure.. thts just a guess amount
benefit don't often reduce their stuff - i would be very surprised they were reduced by much
    yes the will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would hair care products for African American hair benefit my bleached blond hair?

I have long hair that I recently bleached to platinum blond. I was wondering if the products for African American hair might benefit my hair and help it get healthy again better than regular hair products. It's very dry/brittle and very weak right now. If so, what products would you recommend? Would hair care products for African American hair benefit my bleached blond hair?
Hair products that are marketed to African American hair, are no different than products marketed for the general public. The only difference is that products marketed for ethnic hair has oils or are moisturizing products. You will find the same type of hair care products in almost every brand. I am Black, and the I've found that the best products for my hair are Paul Mitchell, and Aveda. So, you can use any brand as long as you use a moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and use a leave-in conditioner. Since it's weak you can try a reconstructing conditioner, and do a deep conditioning once a week. Would hair care products for African American hair benefit my bleached blond hair?
Yes they will enrich your hair. The only thing in African American hair products that are different then others is the hair relaxation treatment. It will make your hair naturally smooth and light weight. Since African American hair is much denser the the average girl it is a bit more ';heavy duty'; meaning it will be harsher on your hair but only in a positive way.
you need to get a protein treatment to strengthen..and a hot oil treatment to moisturize....go to sallys and have them direct you..
omg yea they work...try coconut oil.
it prolly wouldnt help. but i would give it a try

Is there a benefit to thick hair?

I have thick straight black hair. When I go to get the haircut, many times people have told me that it's good that I have thick hair. Why? Is there a benefit? Is there a benefit to thick hair?
well, if you have thick hair meaning you have a lot of it, that means you have more to work with, more styles will work for you especially with layering, and you will tend to have more volumous styles. thicker hair in the sense that your individual strands are thicker gives you hair the ability to hold shape better (curls, crimps, etc). thin or fine hair can be very limp and hard to style any way other than straightIs there a benefit to thick hair?
Hi, Of course it's good that you have thick hair because you have more of it. Be thankful !
...it looks alot better to some, as oppossed to thin, baby fine hair...
So many people are losing their hair, balding and thinning hair among young adults both men and women is rampant. So if it's thicker to begin with, when you get old, you're not going to be as bald as fast. Also, you have more styling options with thick hair. Curl it, straighten it, whatever you want. Thin, fine hair is harder to get to do anything.
I think there is a benefit because you can do a lot more with your hair if it is thick. I have very thin hair and it is soooooooo hard for me to get volume in my hair. Be grateful that you have thick hair.
    yup

you will still have hair when you get older, and all your friends wont, or they will have bald spots : )
ll and very pretty and yeah there is !!!

    lucky!! =)
Thick hair is pretty! It's full and there are lots of styles you can do with it. A lot of people with thin hair always try volumizing products to give their hair more life, but your hair already has it.
Thick hair is much better than thin hair, it you have thin hair then it looks all limp and ugly, and also when you get older you might get bald spots. Also, thick hair is much prettier, although it can get annoying. I would recommend getting your hair relaxed if you are annoyed with it, i have thick black hair, and relaxing it took some of the frizziness out.

Which benefit product is the best for me out of the finishers, highlighters and primers?

I want to treat myself to a benefit product but want to get it right and am too shy to ask the assistants! I have olive skin, in good condition... rosy cheeks and can look tired,Which benefit product is the best for me out of the finishers, highlighters and primers?
I use benefit as it doesn't irritate my skin. Go to see the assisstants and make an appointment and then they'll make your face up for you, show you what they do and what they use, all for free!!! then you can buy the products you like the best afterwards.

They are a higher priced market, so there's no point in guessing what you think will look good on your skin and not really knowing what to do with it, then get it home, find it doesn't wrk on you and never wear it again. They might even suggest something you've never even thought about!

They're professionally trained and they're full of great ideas. If you still dont wanna go see the assistants, try the benefit website, www.benefit.com and have a look on there.Which benefit product is the best for me out of the finishers, highlighters and primers?
I understand. Sometimes it can get a bit overwhelming in those stores! I would recommend the following:

benetint - a liquid stain that you can use as a blush or lip color. It comes in a glass bottle with a nail polish type applicator. Around $25.

10 - this is a powder duo with it's own applicator brush. Inside the box is a bronzer and a pinkish blush. This would give you some variety. Aroudn $25.

moonbeam - similar to benetint, but a golden peachy color that you can use to highlight your cheeks, your brow bones, or mix with your foundation or moisturizer all over for a dewy glow. The color would be great for your skin tone.

gilded highlighting pencil - this is a chubby stick that has a great golden color. You can use this as an eyeliner (will help you from looking tired like you mentioned), in the inner corners of your eyes, on your lips, etc. Around $18

I hope these suggestions helps. You can check out their website at www.benefitcosmetics.com or www.sephora.com

    Good luck!

I've tried mac, clarins, benefit, and estee lauder.?
Try OC8 / OC Eight from Ferndale Labs. You will have to order it online -- like from Amazon.com -- however, as it's not available in stores. It's not a powder, but it's a lotion/gel you apply before any make-up or other powder. It contains an ingredient called Acrysorb, which is also contained in prescription products for acne - like Clinac BPO - to control acne. It controls oiliness and shine far better than any other mattifier, and it's not cakey.

Anyone with sensitive skin who uses Benefit cosmetics?

If so how does it affect your skin. I have very sensitive skin and bought the tinted moisturiser and Dr Feelgood balm last week. After a couple of days I started getting little pimples. I stopped using the products but was wondering if anyone else's skin has gotten used to the products and if so what do you use? Thanks.Anyone with sensitive skin who uses Benefit cosmetics?
The tinted moisturizer has SPF 15 which can cause problems in many people, including myself. You Rebel is NOT OIL FREE, not matter what anyone says. Dr. Feelgood is also not oil free and is not good for sensitive skin. Dr. Feelgood is more for older women with enlarged pores. I honestly have found better foundation products in the Revlon line. MAC is pretty heavy, but there are sheer products within their line that may work for you, but ask for samples first and try for at least three days.Anyone with sensitive skin who uses Benefit cosmetics?
i have kinda sensitive skin, i used 2 use the benefit foundation but i have moved 2 m.a.c now its way better. but i still use the benefit ';that gal'; face primer, its really light, smells good and make ur foundation go on like a dream, cant live without it anymore! doubt it will make ur face come out in a rash or anythin cus its so light! give it a try and c xxxxx
I used to get invisible lumps on my face, I could feel them but you couldn't see them. I realised I began getting them after I started using ';some kinda gorgeous'; foundation faker, but after a couple of weeks I stopped getting them and I use it pretty much every day!

With Benefit you really have to try products, because some are fabulous but others are just pretty packaging...

Will I get any benefit, if I massage coconut oil on hair?

It is restricted in my school to give coconut oil on hair, I know it's strange but my school is the best school of the country.

I want to know if it is good to massage coconut oil on hair and what is the good thing by using it? Thank youWill I get any benefit, if I massage coconut oil on hair?
If your hair is dry, or if you have dry scalp, you can use the coconut oil as a hot oil treatment. You can even keep it in overnight. Then wash it out with either plain water or a very mild shampoo. Will I get any benefit, if I massage coconut oil on hair?
If your hair are already healthier, you do not need any vitalizer. However, if your hair have some problem use vitalizers like coconut oil at night and shampoo your hair in the morning. you problem gets solved.

Is there any health benefit in brading your hair?

Does it make your hair stronger, heathier, etc?Is there any health benefit in brading your hair?
It depends on your hair type. If your hair is prone to breakage (which pretty much all curly/nappy/kinky hair is) or tangles than yes braiding helps hair. It's called a protective hair style. While hair is moisturized and in braids it can't tangle. And we all know trying to detangle can cause breakage so braiding prevents that. Also loose hair that breaks easily is less prone to dryness in braids and twists.

So to answer your question yes braids are good for hair.

Is there any benefit to being a gorgeous guy?

I know for us girls, it makes a big difference in society how pretty you are but what about guys? If a guys really cute, but doesn't have a job, isn't very social, or is a bore...chances are he wont get many women. On the converse, if a gorgeous woman has very bad traits, she will still get by confortably. Minus girls checking you you out, do beautiful men really have an advantage? Is there any benefit to being a gorgeous guy?

  • Do you think my skin will benefit by using a toner?

i have a few blemishes tht pop up here and there.. im thinking of starting to use a toner as i usually only cleanse with neutrogena facewash then moiturize.. do you think my skin will improve if i start using this?

do you recommend me using a neutrogena toner so i dont keep using different products on my face?

thanks!Do you think my skin will benefit by using a toner?
I think that your skin would benefit from a toner. I have the same type of skin. (Just a few pimples here and there.) And toner is what keeps my skin looking great. Here are some easy, cheap toners you can use.

1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup apple cider. Mix and use. Apple cider vinegar reduces redness, inflammation and is anti-bacterial. (If you are worried about the smell, It goes away after it dries.)

Witch hazel is also a great choice. It breaks down oil, is astringent %26amp; reduces inflammation.

Also adding a few drops of tea tree to each will also really help with acne. Tea tree and french clay are my life savers!!!!

Here are also some easy remedies for those tough to get rid of pimples.

    Baking soda:

Leave it on for 10 -15 min. rinse.

    Honey:

Leave it on for 10 - 15 min. rinse. Honey is anti-bacterial %26amp; anti-septic. Honey contains copper, iron, silica, vitamin B, manganese, calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorous and magnesium.

    French clay:

Leave it on all night. It grabs excess oil, heals and gets rid of the pimple fast.

    Tea tree oil:

Put a drop on the pimple. Leave it on. Tea tree is antiseptic, anti-inflamatory and anti-bacterial (You can use it a few times a day but it can dry the pimple and skin around it if you use it to much.)

    Peppermint toothpaste

Leave it on all night. Get all natural.

You can buy tea tree (essential oil) and french clay here:

    http://www.hjresources.com/kaylaspa/

    hope this helps!!!

Hope this helps!!!!Do you think my skin will benefit by using a toner?
I use my toner for my photocopier

If you put it on your skin you will get very dark dirty skin
    No, a toner is for a printer.........lol
ok some people obviously don't know what toner is...it could help but at the same time it might make your skin dry but if you moisturise aswell then i can;t imagine it being that bad.. i recommend you try it out for a bit because not everyone is the same and if it doesn't work you can find something else im sure :)
I found that Neutrogena dried up my face too much so I couldn't imagine using a toner....Try something milder like oil of olay. I am a big advocate for oil of olay. I have used many different products and expensive ones too. My fav's are eminence organics and oil of olay. Big difference in price but keep in mind that eminence is all natural made with fruits/veges and do not in any way irritate your skin. Plus, very little goes a long way kinda like a quality shampoo. Anyway Oil of Olay is the most reasonably priced for it's high quality. Try the cleansing wipes and moisturizer. I used it for years and loved it. I just started trying eminence which I love but since it's pricey I think I will be getting back to OLay. Hope this helps.
It really depends on your skin type and the toner you chose. If your skin is normal or dry you probably don't really need a toner and it will dry out your skin. Oily and blemish prone skin would benefit more from a toner. If you do go with one make sure you chose one with little or no alcohol, no menthol and no eucalyptus. These ingredients give your skin that tight tingly feeling but are really bad for it. I really like the toners from Mario badescu. Most of them are really gentle and don't have alcohol. It is hard to say how much (if any) improvement you will see if you start using one. I usually use mine more when my skin is breaking out. One that has 2% salicylic acid will help keep breakouts down and take care of blackheads. Just be sure to only use it once a day or once every other day if it starts to make your skin dry.
I use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are

    available online. These work wonders.

Maybe it will work on you too.

Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
All skin tones and types can benefit from using a toners. Toners are designed to soothe and refresh the skin. They remove any excess dirt, debris or cleanser residue.

I really like Kiehls CalendulaToner. It works well for the occasional blemish. It's alcohol free and works on all skin types.

I would recommend starting off using it once a day, before bedtime and after washing your face. You should see a noticeable difference within 3-5 days.

The difference between high beam and moon beam by Benefit is.....?

I'm thinking of getting one this weekend, I have a fair skin tone and I can't decide which would be the best

Thanks for your answersThe difference between high beam and moon beam by Benefit is.....?
Moon Beam is a warm golden peach highlighter with pinkish gold shimmer that is suitable for most skin tones - medium in particular - and is usually mixed with a tinted moisturizer.

High Beam is lighter and has more pink than Moon Beam is more suitable for fairer skin tones.

Here is one of the opinions :

ONNARA is the most sexy undie of malayali women;drawers or knickers or shuddy is of no such sex appeal.Though it is desired by many male counterparts, modern girls are reluctant to wear it now.I am a working woman still passionately ties onnara as undie for safety and to control my sexual urges as a tightly worn onnara presses the clitoris area to a great extent resulting to reduce KAMAVIKARA.To my hus it is an erotic lingerie;and many middle aged working women do wear onnara without bringing it to the notice of others(ie in a very secret manner)As nadodi mentioned it is not popular among modern girls.

  • How do you get a MAC discount Card? And how do you get Benefit Cosmetics to take you seriously ...........?

I have been given the email address of benefits wholesale but I dont know how to get them to take me seriously. Do I send them a business plan etc. Is there any one who also sells cosmetics who deals with these issues or has done and has any advice.

Also how do you get a MAC discount card - I know you have to be a Makeup artist or a proffesional but how/where do you go to apply?

ThanksHow do you get a MAC discount Card? And how do you get Benefit Cosmetics to take you seriously ...........?
The PPID site listed tells you all about getting a MAC discount card. Please know that with your MAC discount card you are forbidden from re-selling. They monitor the program very closely and if you are caught re-selling the product you are banned from the program.

For Benefit to take you seriously you must be an established business that already carries cosmetics or be a licensed esthetician or a makeup artist with a decent resume and portfolio. They do not allow just anyone to carry their product. You can't , for instance, be a regular consumer who wishes to sell their product back on ebay. They won't sell to you.

If you are a professional artist they will occasionally sell to you at a discount but the same rules apply. You cannot apply for professional discounts and resell the product. You'll be blacklisted for pro discounts if you do this. You can contact the benefit sales department and tell them who you are (ie qualifications) and in what venue you'd like to resell their products to ask them for the qualifications for opening a resell account. Normally a business license and Tax Id number is required.

Almost all Pro programs require you to show a portfolio shot, a business card, a diploma from a makeup school, a tearsheet, or a union card. How do you get a MAC discount Card? And how do you get Benefit Cosmetics to take you seriously ...........?

I am putting on a Benefit Fashion Show and I have NO IDEA where to start!!! Any Ideas???

I am going on a mission trip to Brazil in 2009 and I am putting on this fashion show as a fun way to raise money!!I am putting on a Benefit Fashion Show and I have NO IDEA where to start!!! Any Ideas???
This sounds like so much fun! I've modeled in a benefit fashion show before, and its a great experience. Your first step is to go to local stores and ask them to donate items to be worn in the fashion show, and perhaps auctioned off. Once you have clothes, shoes, AND accessories (which are just as important) find some modeled. People involved in the cause may want to model, otherwise put up flyers and send out emails. You can ask friends, or have a casting call, but since this is a benefit, I don't know your budget, but I'm sure you can find people willing to model for free (I did!). Next, send mailings, post flyers, and send emails to get people involved and willing to come to the show! Good luck and have fun!

(help me?) http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>I am putting on a Benefit Fashion Show and I have NO IDEA where to start!!! Any Ideas???
Maybe rent out a red carpet or long rectangular platform, rent out nice lights, get a changing place and backstage/curtained off place, seating, tickets, some pretty girls/boys to model, nice clothing, accessories, practice practice practice.

    good luck.

(try selling the tickets for 20$-50$)
My school did this last yr........

They had our students model clothes and also they seeked big expensive shops and some not, and asked whether they were interested in promoting their clothes for free and that worked out really well! So you could appeal to some shops and if they say no then thts cool, but if you did get some clothesline to support you then that would be really good.

If you have school assemblies, get permission and then tell the school about the Benefit fashion show and have 3 or 4 models all dressed up and have them give a little sneak preview of what its all about.

    I hope this helps ;)
Start by gathering people willing to be the models

Then pick some outfits or designers

help the models practice if there not that good

    Have Fun
OMG! We share the same avatar name and inspiration. I'm an inspiring fashion designer and I wished I would've thought of this idea! Some suggestions would be: ask friends to model, get clothes to auction off, find some really awesome place to do the fashion show and get local businesses to donate or get involved. Good luck and I hope it's a success! :)

Is there a benefit of air-drying instead of towel-drying?

for your hair its much better to air dry, even my hairs' texture looks and feels nicer. as for towel drying your body im not one to get out of the shower soaking wet and drpping, i see no benefit there lolIs there a benefit of air-drying instead of towel-drying?
Towel drying is better - hair dryers damage hair - the heat breaks the fibers.

What are some ways the beach can benefit my body?

im going down the shore tomorrow until weds and i know that the beach can do a lot for you..like the sand helps your skin or softens it i think and the sun can give you super cool wavy ';beachy hair'; (btw how do i achieve that look if my hair is naturally wavy/curly?).

what other ways can the beach help my body?

What are some ways the beach can benefit my body?
You can get Vitamin D from the sun! New research is saying that Vitamin D can actually prevent some cancers, as well as improve the quality of your skin, and even help your mood! Just make sure you don't get too much sun! What are some ways the beach can benefit my body?
The fresh air is good for you.

Salt water is good for your skin - it helps cleanse your skin.

If you swim it will help tone you up - also jogging on soft sand is very good as it's great exercise.

But remember - sun is not good for your skin - you will do more harm to your body than good if you don't wear sunscreen at the beach. So wear sunscreen, reapply it every 2 hours - and remember - the only safe tan is a fake tan.

Sorry if I sound like your dad but it's true!
Jogging in the soft sand will remove dead skin from the bottom of your feet and build your legs up.

Just don't forget the lotion because the sun will give you skin cancer and, age it quicker than it should.

So be prepared for wrinkles earlier in life.

Why does Benefit Cosmetics Returns not refund all my money?

i only use Moon Beam ONCE and they took almost 10$ off the price for returning it

    why?

    i emailed and complained

i want to also return a blush that is 28$, but now im afraid that i should not bother

thank you!Why does Benefit Cosmetics Returns not refund all my money?
That's weird. On their site it says you can return an item you bought from them within 30 days as long as it is not OVERLY used (which I guess means half the bottle is empty).

Was the shipping $10? Because I know companies usually do not refund shipping. You should've complained until you got your money back. Honestly, they basically stole your money since they went against their word and give you a full refund. She should've complained until they gave you their money back.

Did you order with a credit card? This time, if they do not give you a full refund make a complaint to your credit card (it's called a dispute, I think. Idk, I don't have a credit card but I remember hearing my mom talked about it) so that they can investigate and ensure you receive your full money.

Edit to add: To the people who saying it was because she opened it, that's not true. Their return policy specifically states she could return opened products and to go back on that policy is actually illegal since it is basically like they are stealing her money.

Also, that's why you don't buy cheap crap. Usually, with more expensive makeup (basically anything that's not drugstore crap) you can return an opened product if you are not fully satisfied with it.Why does Benefit Cosmetics Returns not refund all my money?
I'm surprised they took it back at all; if you broke the seal on cosmetics, much less used it, then they can't resell it or re-use it in any way, so they eat the loss on a return. You'd usually have to show that it was something horribly their fault to be able to return expensive cosmetics, such as, the blush had streaks of green, or was moldy, or had glass in it, or something.
Did you check the company policies? Used products are worth much less than brand new. I personally wouldn't use want anything that was used

    Hi,

You can get cheap clinque makeup from this website, its free delivery too.

    www.lapreya.com

Unfortunetly you cant buy benefit cheaper, unless you try ebay, but even then it is expensive if you want authentic makeup!!

    hope this helps!
EBAY!!! I get loads of it from there.
Here's an excellent source for good but inexpensive make-up:

    http://www.eyeslipsface.com/default.asp
    walgreen and ulta
ebay is the best place I have found to buy almost all make-up brands. Its amazing!!
You can't really, I mean sure theres Ebay but at regular stores. There all the same price, at discount stores they dont even sell them there.
amazon. also at clinique online there are very good prices!!!! i know they might seem a bit expensive but they worth it!!!
    e-bay
Ebay... you won't really get it cheaply anywhere else,, unless you wait for sales,, but then again they still might not be as cheap and you have to wait for ages... Yeah. Ebay will be the best choice. Or,, if a friend is done with her make up, you could always ask for it.... cheeky but might be worth it!

Are Benefit bad girl mascara and Benetint good?

I haven't used them yet and was wondering if it was worth buying them. Are Benefit bad girl mascara and Benetint good?
ive tried the mascara and i love it! the tube is huge and the brush is huge too so i end up using less mascara. for the benetint, i havent used it but ive seen some youtube videos of people testing it and it looks good! good luck

also, if you are still kinda scared to try it, sephora sells a mini tube of bad gal mascara for only $9! its really cute and travel size too!Are Benefit bad girl mascara and Benetint good?
Benitint is really good, I use it every day. I am not sure about the mascara but I am going to try it next.
yep benefit is really good i have all of ther products, very pricey .. costs quite alot but its worth it :D !
i absolutely love those two products. they are expensive but they are well worth the money. they have cool names and super cute packaging. i also recommend hoola, dallas and bad gal eye pencil.
    yes!

they are so worth the money i bought them and i love them!

If you need to know I have really dark brown hair with random teal and blonde chunks, and green eyes. What are your favorite product(s) by Benefit Cosmetics?
Benetint. I use it every day. It looks really dark in the bottle but it works on all skin tones, including very fair people like me.What are your favorite product(s) by Benefit Cosmetics?

Contrary to what their web site says, they do test on animals.

Twice they avoided answering my questions directly, saying they do not test their ';finished products” on animals.

In the third email it came out that finished products are ones that are ready to go to market, while unfinished products are products that they are still formulating. So essentially they ARE testing on animals!

Disappointing since they claim the opposite on their web site!

What is the benefit of using Brunette Shampoo & conditioners being a brunette?

compared to using a normal shampoo/conditioner.What is the benefit of using Brunette Shampoo %26amp; conditioners being a brunette?
well, it's specified for you. most brunettes don't want their color to go lighter, so lemon and chamomile won't be ingredients. from what i've seen, most brunnette poos%26amp;conditioners focus on giving brunette hair shine and smoothing frizzies.
  • hair straightener
  • What benefit could getting a facial once a month do to my skin?

in terms of anti-aging?What benefit could getting a facial once a month do to my skin?
Clay mask facials will help in alot of ways. It draws toxins out of the pores making them healthier and can also make them look smaller. This drawing out also helps with acne. If you go to a salon, you could be paying about $70 or more for a facial. You can buy a clay facial to do at home- I buy one from www.MyHomeFacial.com. I use it every other day (it's all natural, so you can) and I get about 90 facials from one jar! What benefit could getting a facial once a month do to my skin?
smooth out wrinkles, make pores smaller and skin smooth

Is benefit makeup as good as its supposed to be?

im hitting the sales this week and i need new makeup, and ive heard that benefit does good makeup, but i dont want to spend all my money on it without knowing for sure... so is it??

If u know any specific thinngs they sell thats really good could u please tell?Is benefit makeup as good as its supposed to be?
Well like every makeup line they have some products that stand out more than others. Some things worth buying are:

High Beam, it's really amazing. I use it together with benetint. Really makes your cheeks glow.

    http://www.benefitcosmetics.com/gp/produ鈥?/a>

High Brow, I don't know how but it really makes your brow arch higher haha. You put it right under your brow and blend it upwards and it literally makes your brow seem higher.

    http://www.benefitcosmetics.com/gp/produ鈥?/a>

Lemon Aid, is supposed to be used to hide redness but everyone uses it as a primer for eyeshadow. If your mainly getting Benefit makeup get this but if your buying other makeup I'd suggest getting Urban Decay Primer Potion or a MAC paintpot to use as a base for eyeshadow because it's much cheaper.

Bad gal lash mascara, works very well I recommend this mascara.

    http://www.benefitcosmetics.com/gp/produ鈥?/a>

I suggest taking a look at the products when you go and try them on. The employees there will apply makeup on you and help you with what your looking for. They're very helpful. Is benefit makeup as good as its supposed to be?
Oh my GOD I love Benefit! It's my favorite :)

What you'd get kind of depends on your skintone, but here are my recommendations that work on all skintones:

    1. Badgal Lash in Plum ~ This is a really great mascara! Also, the deep burgundy is a fun pop of color that isn't crazy; it's kind of like a more fun brown once you've applied it.

    2. Blush in 10 ~ This stuff is awesome! It's a duo bronzer highlighter that is gorgeous! Plus, you're getting two products for one... :)

    3. Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner in Gossip ~ This is a gorgeous purple shade that looks great on everyone, and it really does stay put throughout the day!

Those are the three things that they have that I think are unique to Benefit. Things like the California Kissin' gloss and the Boi'ing concealer are things that you can find everywhere for much better prices. I mean, come on, you don't need to waste money on a clear gloss that you can get anywhere!

The one thing I don't recommend from Benefit is the Get Bent Lash in Black. Ugh, the applicator is so annoying and it is really clumping. Don't bother with that one!

If you want to see more reviews on makeup, check on www.makeupalley.com

Hope I've helped, and good luck! :)
There's only a few items I really like from benefit.

    Here's my list...

    1. Lemonade (it's basically an eyeshadow base. Also makes your skin tone an even color}

    2. Not on my pillow (it's an AWESOME makeup remover)

    3. Get bent mascara
    I personally use benefit.

It does not make you break out and its eye makeup stays on for a long time.

If you are looking for something else try clinique or estee lauder they are both cheap and high, high, high quality(:
ONYX the black pencil from BENEFIT is really great and one of the bests.

The best eyeshadow is by MAC.

Best mascara is SMOKEY LASH by MAKE-UP FOREVER.
try it and see in sephora
