What are some ways the beach can benefit my body?

im going down the shore tomorrow until weds and i know that the beach can do a lot for you..like the sand helps your skin or softens it i think and the sun can give you super cool wavy ';beachy hair'; (btw how do i achieve that look if my hair is naturally wavy/curly?).

You can get Vitamin D from the sun! New research is saying that Vitamin D can actually prevent some cancers, as well as improve the quality of your skin, and even help your mood! Just make sure you don't get too much sun!What are some ways the beach can benefit my body?
The fresh air is good for you.





Salt water is good for your skin - it helps cleanse your skin.





If you swim it will help tone you up - also jogging on soft sand is very good as it's great exercise.





But remember - sun is not good for your skin - you will do more harm to your body than good if you don't wear sunscreen at the beach. So wear sunscreen, reapply it every 2 hours - and remember - the only safe tan is a fake tan.





Sorry if I sound like your dad but it's true!
Jogging in the soft sand will remove dead skin from the bottom of your feet and build your legs up.


Just don't forget the lotion because the sun will give you skin cancer and, age it quicker than it should.


So be prepared for wrinkles earlier in life.
