I work for an after school program for at risk children.I am having trouble getting clothes for our benefit fashion show. Most of the stores I have talked to are telling me no. Ask students at your local college that may be majoring in fashion design if they have created any items that they would be interested in donating to your organization or selling to you so you can sell it at a profit. Have you tried the Salvation Army. No joke, go and see what they have.
